About us

Hosting run by people who answer the ticket

CodexaCloud exists because hosting got worse. Support became a chatbot, the renewal price became a trap, and the basics became upsells. We thought a smaller host doing the ordinary things properly would be worth paying for.

We serve developers, agencies and small businesses across Pakistan, South Asia and further afield — people who know roughly what they want and mostly need it to work without drama. Our infrastructure sits in well-connected international data centres, chosen for routing quality and uptime rather than for a flag on a marketing page.

We're deliberately not the cheapest. Competing on price alone means overselling servers and staffing support with scripts, and both of those get paid for by the customer eventually. We'd rather charge a fair rate and answer the phone.

What we do compete on: migrations we perform for you at no cost, payment methods that work where you actually live, support during hours you're awake, and white-label plans that let agencies build their own hosting business on top of ours without ever mentioning our name.

What we hold to

Commitments, including the expensive ones

Anyone can write values on a page. These are the ones that cost us something when we keep them.

The price you see is the price

Renewal rates are published next to introductory rates. We don't quote a first-year price and quietly triple it in year two, and we don't charge for SSL, backups or migration.

We'll talk you out of things

If the free certificate does what you need, we'll say so. If a cheaper plan fits, we'll move you down. Selling you something you don't need is a bad trade for both of us.

Abuse gets acted on

Phishing and spam reports are handled in hours, not weeks. It protects our other customers' deliverability, and it's the right thing to do.

No lock-in, deliberately

Standard formats, full DNS control and an export whenever you ask. If you leave, we'd rather you left cleanly and considered coming back.

Questions we haven't answered here?

Ask before you buy. We'd rather spend ten minutes on a pre-sales question than have you on the wrong plan.
