Billing questions
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No setup fees on any plan, and no charge for migration, SSL or backups. The only things billed separately are domain registrations, paid SSL certificates and optional control-panel licences — each shown at their own price before you buy.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual plans are billed twelve months up front and work out up to 25% cheaper per month. Monthly plans cost more per month but you can cancel any time. Both carry the same features and the same support.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction. Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep what you've paid for.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Cancel a hosting plan within 30 days and we refund it in full to your original payment method, no interrogation. Domain registrations are excluded because registry fees can't be reversed.
Do you charge tax?
Prices are shown excluding tax. Any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies to your billing country is added at checkout and shown on the invoice.
