What does 'unmetered bandwidth' actually mean?
We don't bill for transfer or cut you off at a threshold. Plans do carry CPU and memory limits, and the acceptable use policy rules out using a shared plan as a file-distribution or streaming service — but ordinary website traffic, however much of it, is included.
Can I host more than one site?
Starter covers a single site. Business covers 10, and Pro is unlimited within the plan's resource limits. Every site gets its own SSL certificate and mailboxes.
Do you support the stack I use?
PHP 7.4 through 8.4 (switchable per site), MySQL/MariaDB, Node.js, Python and Ruby, plus SSH, Git, Composer and WP-CLI. If you need something unusual, ask before you buy and we'll tell you honestly.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no minimum term. Monthly plans cancel any time, annual plans are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.
How long does a migration take?
Most sites are moved within a few hours of you sending the login, and larger sites within a day. We stage it first so you can confirm everything works before DNS changes.
